We’re pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. There’s no minimum purchase necessary.
2. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are usually processed and readied for shipment within 1 – 3 business days.
Business Days: Our warehouse works from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales, processing times might be a bit longer.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, packages generally arrive within 1 – 15 business days. Note: These are estimates given by our carriers. kineticbazaar isn’t responsible for delays due to weather or customs hold-ups.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at support@kineticbazaar.shop.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes. The recipient is entirely responsible for these charges. Check with your local customs office for details.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
If you spot an error in your address, contact us right away. We can’t intercept packages once they’ve shipped. kineticbazaar isn’t liable for lost packages because of incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Lost Package: If your order is lost during transit, we offer a full refund or reshipment.
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kineticbazaar.shop with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
